Spurr Co. is looking for individuals experienced in heavy-equipment operating. Operators MUST have Dozer Experience and Grader a plus but not required with and without GPS. Heavy-equipment operators must be able to operate all equipment in the civil construction industry to it's full potential (including, but not limited to: water truck, scraper, dozer, compactor, excavator, backhoe, loader, skip n drag, and haul truck). We require experience in operating these types of equipment . All our operators also labor at our jobsites, which are primarily located from Paso Robles to San Luis Obispo. All employees will receive an evaluation after their first month of employment, to ensure that job standards are being met. We are looking for team players with great attitudes.
