Loader Operator - Poway L&G Portable Crushing & Materials - 1.0 Poway, CA Job Details Full-time $33 - $35 an hour 11 hours ago Qualifications Driver's License Loader operation Truck loading and unloading Clean workspace maintenance Material handling equipment operation Full Job Description L&G Portable Crushing & Materials is looking for a dependable Loader Operator to support operations at our Poway site. The operator will load customer trucks and keep the screening plant supplied with material while it is running. Responsibilities Safely load customer and company trucks with the correct material and quantities. Feed material into the screening plant and keep it supplied during operation. Coordinate with plant operators, drivers, and other crew members to keep work moving efficiently. Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns. Keep the work area clean and follow all site safety procedures. Qualifications Experience operating a wheel loader in a quarry, recycling yard, or similar setting preferred. Ability to work safely around trucks, conveyors, and operating equipment. Reliable, attentive, and able to communicate clearly with the crew. Valid driver's license
