Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to join our team on various construction sites. The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy machinery and a strong understanding of safety protocols. This role is essential for ensuring efficient operations and maintaining high standards of work quality on-site. Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment including loaders, roll-off trucks, water trucks, bulldozers, front loader trucks, cranes, and dump trucks in a safe and efficient manner. Perform digging and excavation tasks as required for construction projects. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance. Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to coordinate operations and meet project deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols. Assist in the training of new operators as needed to promote a skilled workforce. Requirements Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, particularly with loaders, roll-off trucks, bulldozers, cranes, and dump trucks. Familiarity with construction site operations and safety practices. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining safety standards on-site. Valid driver's license is preferred; additional certifications in heavy equipment operation are a plus. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and supervisors.
