We are seeking a motivated, highly skilled Heavy-Duty Tow Operator to join our team in Frisco, Colorado, serving the Rocky Mountain region. Our operators have the potential to earn $150,000-$200,000+ annually, with NO CAP on earnings. Compensation is commission-based and reflects individual knowledge, experience, performance, and willingness to work. What We Offer $150,000-$200,000+ annual earning potential Uncapped commission-based compensation Performance bonuses Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Short-term disability coverage Paid time off 401(k) with company match and profit sharing Quality, well-maintained towing and recovery equipment Ongoing training and professional development A supportive, experienced, team-oriented environment The opportunity to work on challenging and rewarding heavy-duty recoveries Responsibilities Safely operate heavy-duty towing and recovery equipment Respond to commercial vehicle breakdowns, accidents, and recoveries Perform complex recovery and rigging operations Assist commercial fleet customers and law enforcement agencies Assess recovery situations and develop safe, efficient recovery plans Perform required equipment inspections and basic maintenance Complete accurate service documentation Maintain the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service Participate in scheduled on-call, evening, and weekend rotations

Qualifications Required:

Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Acceptable driving record Strong mechanical aptitude Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles in challenging mountain conditions Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to safety Ability to meet applicable DOT requirements and pass required drug testing

Strongly Preferred:

Previous heavy-duty towing and recovery experience Experience operating heavy wreckers and specialized recovery equipment Knowledge of rigging, winching, and complex recovery techniques Experience with commercial trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment Who We're Looking For We're looking for a true professional who takes pride in their equipment, their work, and their reputation.
