Technologies, Inc. - Parker, CO Full-Time | $30.00-$35.00 per hour E.T. Technologies, Inc. is looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator / Excavator Operator to join our Colorado field team. We are looking for someone who knows how to operate equipment safely and efficiently but is also willing to get out of the cab and work alongside the crew. This is a hands-on construction position—not an equipment-operator-only position. Our projects include excavation, underground and aboveground storage tank installation and removal, environmental remediation, utility work, shoring, backfilling, and other specialty construction activities throughout the Denver metro area and Colorado. What You'll Do Operate excavators, loaders, skid-steers, compactors, and other construction equipment. Perform excavations for underground storage tanks and other structures, including excavations up to approximately 18 feet deep . Perform trenching, grading, backfilling, and compaction. Install and work with excavation shoring systems . Work safely around underground and aboveground utilities. Load, unload, move, and stage materials and equipment. Support underground and aboveground storage tank installation and removal projects. Support environmental remediation and contaminated-site excavation projects. Perform routine inspections of assigned equipment. Identify and report equipment maintenance and repair needs before they impact safety or production. Perform manual labor and work alongside the field crew as needed—including using hand tools and a shovel. Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas. Follow E.T. Technologies' safety requirements as well as applicable OSHA and MSHA requirements. Communicate field conditions, equipment issues, and production concerns to project supervision.

What We're Looking For Required:

Minimum 4 years of heavy equipment operating experience . Strong excavator operating experience. Experience operating loaders, skid-steers, compactors, and similar construction equipment. Experience performing trenching, excavation, grading, backfilling, and compaction. Field experience installing and working with excavation shoring systems . Ability to recognize equipment problems and perform routine equipment inspections. Ability and willingness to perform physical/manual labor as part of the crew. Strong understanding of construction-site safety. Demonstrated history of safe equipment operation. Class A CDL. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Preferred:

CDL Hazmat endorsement. Experience with underground storage tank (UST) or aboveground storage tank (AST) installation and removal. Environmental remediation or contaminated-soil excavation experience. OSHA and/or MSHA training. Experience working around underground utilities and existing fuel systems. This Position Is a

Pay:
