Snow Removal Operator (Full-Time Plow Driver & Shoveler) Executive Management Group LLC is seeking a reliable and experienced Snow Removal Operator to join our winter operations team. We are looking for a full-time plow driver who is also capable of shoveling, operating snow removal equipment , and stepping up during larger storms as needed. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role critical to maintaining safe and accessible properties during the winter months.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate snow plow trucks and other snow removal equipment safely and efficiently. Perform manual snow removal (shoveling and salting) on sidewalks, steps, and walkways. Respond to snow events in a timely manner, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Assist with equipment transportation and pickup for larger snowstorms when additional support is required. Follow designated routes and site maps to ensure thorough snow removal. Maintain equipment cleanliness, perform routine inspections, and report any issues promptly. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure properties remain clear, safe, and compliant with service expectations.
Job Requirements:
Prior experience with snow plowing, shoveling, or operating snow removal equipment is required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to work flexible hours, including during storms or on-call situations. Comfortable working outdoors in extreme weather conditions. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a crew.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience driving larger trucks or operating skid steers, loaders, or salters. Knowledge of snow route mapping and efficient snow removal practices.
