Equipment Operator / Driver - Sales Experience a Plus with commission Creative Minds Landscaping LLC is looking for a dependable, motivated individual to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is versatile and comfortable working both in the field and with customers. The ideal candidate can operate heavy equipment, transport/move equipment between job sites, and assist with sales or customer communication when needed. Responsibilities Safely operate landscaping and construction equipment Transport and move equipment to and from job sites Load and unload equipment safely Assist crews with landscaping and construction projects as needed Communicate professionally with customers Potentially assist with estimates, sales, and new customer opportunities Maintain equipment and keep trucks/work areas organized Follow company and job-site safety procedures Preferred Qualifications Experience operating skid steers, mini excavators, loaders, or similar equipment Experience transporting equipment and trailers Valid driver's license and good driving record Landscaping or construction experience preferred Sales/customer-service experience is a big plus Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Reliable, hardworking, professional, and able to work as part of a team We are looking for someone who wants more than just a temporary job.
