Requirements:

Able to work in a variety of extreme weather conditions Capable of operating multiple pieces of construction equipment (at least 1 year preferred) Must have hand tools and reliable transportation, clean background, and driver's license Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also perform independently The right individual will be an experienced heavy equipment operator with the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations. They will be able to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities, with proven ability to work independently. They should excel in a very fast paced environment and be able to work under pressure. Must be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service. Must be willing and able to work in a variety of extreme weather conditions. Able to work well in an environment of constant changes, and have a "no excuses, make it happen" attitude.
