Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Finish Loader/Grader Operator to prepare land for new home construction sites. This role involves operating heavy equipment to level and grade land with precision, ensuring a smooth foundation for future developments. Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment such as dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, and skid steer to achieve precise land grading and leveling. Interpret construction plans and grade specifications to ensure accurate land preparation. Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate site activities and meet project timelines. Conduct routine inspections of equipment and adhere to company policies & safety. Maintain detailed records of work performed Requirements Proven experience operating loaders & skid steer. Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and grading specifications. Physical ability to work on-site under various weather conditions.
