Job Description

A&A Towing is seeking experienced, motivated, and dependable Light Duty Tow Truck Drivers to join our team. We are hiring for both day and night shifts and are looking for drivers who take pride in providing safe, professional service to our customers and law enforcement partners.
Available Shifts Day Shift:
7:00 AM - 7:00
PM Night Shift:
7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Job Responsibilities Operate self-loading wheel lift (autoloader) and flatbed rollback tow trucks safely and efficiently. Respond to police-initiated tows, private property impounds, accident recoveries, and general towing/service calls. Complete vehicle inspections and required documentation accurately. Maintain professional communication with customers, law enforcement agencies, property managers, and dispatch. Perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns. Keep assigned truck clean, organized, and ready for service. Qualifications Previous towing experience preferred. Must be proficient in operating both autoloaders and flatbeds. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills are required. Ability to safely load, secure, and transport a variety of passenger vehicles. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. Requirements Must pass a pre-employment drug screen. Must maintain a drug-free workplace. Must have a clean appearance and professional attitude. Ability to lift, bend, and work in various weather conditions. Must be able to pass a background check. Compensation Commission-based pay (DOE - Depending on Experience). Top performers have excellent earning potential.

$650.00 - $1,500.00 per week
