Full-Time What You'll Do:

Operate and maintain front-end loaders to move and load aggregate materials. Ensure safe and efficient handling of materials in compliance with company and industry standards. Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance. Work closely with team members to maintain production flow and meet operational goals. Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong communication skills.

What We're Looking For:

7 years' experience in the construction aggregate industry (required) . Strong customer relations and communication skills. Knowledge of safety protocols and equipment operation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Have the ability to understand and operate a handheld tablet. Must speak

English Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with aggregate processing operations. Basic preventative maintenance knowledge.
