A construction company is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators and some General Labor for the civil/site development phase of a utility-scale solar project in Indiantown, FL . ✅ Projects scheduled to begin the first week of April — immediate hiring underway. This position supports large-scale earthwork and site preparation activities prior to solar installation. Operators must be safety-focused, reliable, and experienced working on active civil construction sites.
