Job Description
Skid Loader Operator (Experienced) Join JHS Builders — Southwest Florida residential builder focused on quality work, steady projects, and a strong team culture. We're hiring an experienced Skid Loader Operator for year-round residential site work. This is a great fit for someone who takes pride in their work and wants consistent hours with a professional crew. What You'll Do
- Grade and build residential house pads
- Perform stemwall backfills
- Set concrete culverts
- Cut driveways & perform rough grading
- Complete final grading and finish work
- Operate skid loader with precision
- Use laser transit for grade control
- Work with elevations, drainage, and site layout What We're Looking For
- 2+ years residential grading experience (local preferred)
- Class A CDL required
- Experience with laser transit / grade checking
- Solid understanding of drainage & elevations
- Dependable, safety-minded, and team-oriented What We Offer
