Job Title:
Equipment Operator/CDL Class A Driver Job Summary:
We are seeking an Equipment Operator/CDL Class A Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various heavy machinery and equipment on construction sites. The Equipment Operator/CDL Class A Driver will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of equipment to support project completion.
Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain equipment such as loaders, semi truck, excavator, water trucks, and skid steer.
  • Perform tasks including digging, site demo, and grading according to project requirements.
  • Ensure equipment is in good working condition by conducting regular inspections and maintenance.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects within specified deadlines.
  • Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors to meet project goals
Experience:
  • Proven experience in operating heavy equipment including loaders, dump trucks, backhoes, graders, water trucks, and tankers.
  • Familiarity with commercial driving practices and regulations.
  • Previous work on construction sites is preferred.
  • Ability to operate equipment efficiently and safely.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
