This position requires motivation, critical listening, and reliability. Job sites change semi-frequently throughout the Treasure Valley. Responsibilities Operate bulldozers (dozers) and excavators with precision Have thorough knowledge of equipment and maintenance requirements. Thoroughly and accurately fill out time sheets, work orders, maintenance reports and other paperwork as required. Must be able to accurately diagnose and resolve problems. Always maintain a good attitude. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) of the Company. Attend safety trainings as scheduled. Wear appropriate PPE at appropriate times. Perform duties in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Must have a reliable cell phone for service calls. Be a positive representative of Premier to our customers. Grease, fuel, clean air filters in all equipment Work with mechanics for services and repairs Be able to work and lean a team and help drivers improve cycle times Keep team site safe including berms, safety hats, vests, boots, Maneuver the area to the most proficient way possible Any accidents must be reported to manager immediately Not going over hours for service Qualifications Proven experience operating excavators and bulldozers (dozers) Knowledge of construction machinery maintenance and mechanical systems Familiarity with federal construction safety regulations and equipment safety procedures Ability to work safely in accordance with all safety regulations while supporting team efforts

Pay:

$26.00 - $30.00 per hour
