What You'll Be Doing Operate heavy equipment to move dirt, rock, and other materials Spread, grade, and level materials on roadbeds and job sites Read grade and adjust machine settings as needed Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections Coordinate with crew members using hand and audio signals Load and transport materials using equipment and trucks Inspect, clean, maintain, and assist with minor equipment repairs Work outdoors in all weather conditions and flexible hours (including nights/weekends as needed) Follow all safety rules, company policies, and jobsite procedures Report any safety concerns, equipment issues, or incidents to your supervisor What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in civil construction At least 2 years of verifiable heavy equipment operating experience Valid driver's license Willingness to travel to multiple job sites Able to pass pre-employment screening (including drug screen and background check) Strong work ethic and team-first mindset Takes safety seriously and communicates well with the crew What You'll Get Full-time, steady work PTO, health, and dental insurance 401(k) with company match Opportunities for training, certifications, and career growth
