Full-Time Job Summary We are currently seeking dependable and safety-focused individuals to join our team as a Flagger / Spotter / General Laborer in St. Rose, Louisiana. This position plays a critical role in maintaining a safe work environment by directing traffic, spotting equipment operators, and assisting with general labor duties on industrial and construction job sites. The ideal candidate will be reliable, able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, and committed to following all safety procedures. Responsibilities Direct and control vehicle and pedestrian traffic in designated work areas Serve as a spotter for heavy equipment, trucks, and machinery Maintain safe distances between personnel, equipment, and active work zones Assist crews with general labor tasks as needed Load, unload, and move materials around the job site Set up and remove barricades, signs, and safety equipment Keep work areas clean and organized Follow all company and site-specific safety regulations Communicate effectively with supervisors, equipment operators, and team members Perform additional duties as assigned Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of St Rose, LA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
