Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Operate snow plow equipment (loaders, skidsteers) to clear snow and ice from roads, parking lots, and other designated areas
• Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to snow removal needs
• Safely navigate and maneuver the snow plow vehicle in accordance with local regulations and guidelines
• Perform routine maintenance on snow plow equipment to ensure proper functioning
• Clear sidewalks, walkways, and entrances of snow and ice using manual tools as needed
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate snow removal efforts and prioritize tasks
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including time logs and maintenance reports

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating snow plow equipment is preferred but not required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work in cold weather conditions for extended periods of time
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects when necessary
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
