We are currently hiring skilled Heavy Equipment Operators for the upcoming winter season. In this role, you will be operating heavy machinery to clear snow from large commercial parking lots, industrial parks, and access roads across Massachusetts.

Responsibilities:

Safely and efficiently operate skid steers, front-end loaders, or tractors equipped with snow pushers/buckets. Relocate and stack snow in designated areas to maximize parking space and ensure safety. Perform pre- and post-storm equipment inspections to ensure machinery is in good working order. Communicate continuously with dispatch and ground crews during snow events.

Requirements:

Proven experience operating heavy equipment (loaders, skid steers, backhoes) in snow removal operations. Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation. We are looking for experienced Commercial Snow Plow Drivers to manage designated plowing routes this winter. If you have a clean driving record and experience navigating winter storms to keep commercial properties clear and safe, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities:

Operate company plow trucks equipped with blades and salt/sand spreaders to clear designated commercial lots, driveways, and roadways. Apply de-icing materials effectively to prevent ice buildup. Complete assigned routes in a timely and safe manner. Document work completed and report any site issues or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.

Requirements:

Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (CDL is a plus, but not required depending on vehicle class). Previous commercial snow plowing experience is highly preferred. Ability to sit and drive for extended periods in hazardous winter conditions. Complete availability and flexibility to be dispatched at any time of day or night during a snow event.
