In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient snow removal across designated areas during winter months. Your expertise will help maintain safe pathways, parking lots, and roadways, enabling smooth operations regardless of weather conditions. This position offers an engaging outdoor work environment where your skills in snow plowing and groundskeeping will make a tangible difference in community safety and accessibility. Responsibilities Operate snow plowing equipment including trucks with mounted plows, salt spreaders, and other groundskeeping machinery to clear snow and ice from roads, parking lots, sidewalks, and pathways. Apply salt or de-icing materials to prevent ice formation. Follow all safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents or injuries during outdoor winter operations. Document completed work, equipment usage, and any incidents or hazards encountered during shifts. Experience/Requirements Valid license and ability to pass a drug screen. Prior plowing experience is highly desirable. Strong commitment to safety protocol adherence and maintaining high standards of groundskeeping quality.
