Operate equipment with and without GPS integration systems. Perform bulk earthwork, grading, trenching, backfilling, and finish work. Load trucks efficiently while maintaining site safety and production targets. Assist with support equipment as required. Communicate clearly with truck drivers regarding loading patterns and logistics. Work collaboratively with laborers, foremen, and operators. Anticipate site sequencing and support project schedules. Maintain reliable transportation and report directly to assigned job sites at the designated start and end times each workday.
