Key Responsibilities Hands-on execution:
Safely operate a commercial snow plow truck to clear parking lots, roadways, and access lanes.
Ice management:
Apply bulk salt and de-icing materials precisely according to specific site requirements.
Equipment maintenance:
Perform routine safety and function checks on plow equipment (lights, hydraulics, blades) and report repair needs immediately.
Digital navigation:
Follow assigned routes efficiently using our advanced electronic tracking and route management systems.

Required Qualifications Experience:
