Must be willing to travel. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Exceptional equipment operating knowledge and skills Maintain equipment - grease, daily inspections, safety, etc. Contribute to a positive team spirit Regularly communicate with project manager Maintain a clean, safe, work area in compliance with corporate & OSHA standards Organize materials and safely load trucks to be shipped offsite Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, graders, backhoes, and skid steers. Valid driver's license; CDL preferred but not required. Knowledge of safe equipment operation and workplace safety regulations. Ability to inspect equipment, identify maintenance needs, and report repairs. Experience reading site plans, grade stakes, and project specifications preferred. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds and performing physical labor as needed. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Reliable attendance and ability to work overtime, weekends, or extended shifts when required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
