Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking skilled Overhead Crane Operators. In this vital role, you will operate overhead cranes to safely lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment across construction sites. You will be setting stamping dies into stamping machines. Responsibilities Operate overhead cranes with precision to lift and transport stamping dies Help move steel coils around in the facility Help move dies around the facility Do stamping changeovers Coordinate with team members to plan lifting sequences and ensure efficient material flow Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to prevent accidents and maintain a secure work environment Assist with the setup and dismantling of crane components as needed for different phases of construction projects Maintain detailed logs of crane operation activities, inspections, and any incidents or irregularities Communicate effectively with site supervisors and other equipment operators to facilitate seamless operations Requirements Proven experience operating overhead cranes on construction sites or industrial environments Mechanical knowledge of crane systems, controls, and safety features Valid certification for overhead crane operation (as required by local regulations) Strong understanding of construction site safety procedures and OSHA standards Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, or schematics related to crane operation Experience working with heavy equipment such as dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, and other construction machinery is a plus Knowledge of related equipment including concrete mixers, front loader trucks, dump trucks, water trucks, roll-off trucks, farm machinery, tankers, and Caterpillar machinery is advantageous This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in active environments and are committed to maintaining high safety standards while handling complex machinery.
