Equipment Operator HBI is looking for an experienced Equipment Operator to join our underground utility construction team.

What You'll Do:

Operate backhoes, excavators, trenchers, plows, and bore rigs Perform excavation, trenching, and utility installation Read project plans and work closely with the crew Inspect and maintain equipment Travel to jobsites as needed

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of equipment operating or utility construction experience Valid driver's license (CDL preferred) Ability to read blueprints and work safely around utilities Strong work ethic and safety-first mindset Why HBI?
