•40 Per Hour This Winter! Cherry Oak Landscaping is gearing up for the 2026-2027 winter season, and we're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our snow and ice management team! We are hiring experienced plow drivers, heavy equipment operators, and snow shovelers to help service our commercial properties throughout the Greater Lansing area.

OPEN POSITIONS & STARTING PAY SNOW PLOW DRIVERS

| $30

•40/HR Operate pickup trucks equipped with snowplows and salt spreaders. Clear commercial parking lots, drive lanes, and entrances. Experience operating snowplows preferred. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.

MACHINE OPERATORS

| $30

•40/HR Operate skid steers, wheel loaders, and other snow removal equipment. Clear commercial parking lots and large paved areas. Prior heavy equipment or snow removal experience preferred. Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently.

SNOW SHOVELERS

| $25

•30/HR Clear sidewalks, walkways, building entrances, and steps. Operate snowblowers and other sidewalk snow removal equipment. Apply ice melt and deicing materials as needed. No prior experience required. We are willing to train dependable individuals!

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

✔ Reliable individuals who show up when needed. ✔ Availability for overnight, early morning, weekend, and holiday snow events. ✔ Ability to work long hours during major winter storms. ✔ Willingness to work outdoors in cold and snowy conditions. ✔ Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team. ✔ Previous snow removal experience is a plus!
