Job Description
Ladc Companies is a midwest Snow and Ice Management Company. We manage some of the largest retail / Industrial / Campus from basic lawn care, parking lot sweeping, construction and of course Snow Removal. We pride ourselves as being the innovator of industry and one of the best self performing company in the market today. Pay is based on availability, responsibility and proven experience.
Looking for:
Heavy Equipment Operators- Wheel Loaders, Compact Loaders, Sidewalk Machine Operators.
Requirements :
- All Positions (Ability to work when it snows, night&day weekday&weekend and holidays.) Can be flexible to work with your full time work schedule depending on location and back up plowers.
- Must Reply to all TXT'/Calls
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Must Have Reliable Transportation to Site location
- Use of a smart phone for Pics, Payroll an Emails
- Skid Steer / Loader Operation
- Reliable Transportation to work
- Attention to detail
Reliable Salt Truck Drivers/Crew Leader Must Haves:
- Clean Driving record and valid Drivers License
- Pass DOT Physical / Drug Test NO Experience starts at 26.
