Treasure Island Resort & Casino is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to support resort and casino operations, grounds, and projects. In this guest-focused, safety-driven role, you will operate loaders, forklifts, skid steers, and related equipment to move materials, support facilities work, snow removal, landscaping, and special event setups. You'll perform daily inspections, basic maintenance, and follow all safety and tribal policies. Responsibilities Safely operate loaders, forklifts, skid steers and related heavy equipment on resort property Support grounds, snow removal, landscaping, and site clean-up activities Assist with material handling, hauling, and setup for facilities projects and special events Perform pre- and post-operation inspections and basic equipment maintenance Follow OSHA, tribal, and property safety policies and report hazards promptly Coordinate with facilities, landscaping, and events teams to complete work orders on time Maintain accurate logs of equipment use, inspections, and any maintenance issues Provide courteous, professional service around guests and staff in active resort areas Required Skills Heavy equipment operation Front-end loader operation Forklift operation Skid steer operation Backhoe/mini-excavator operation Equipment inspection & basic maintenance OSHA safety compliance Job site hazard awareness Load securement & material handling Two-way radio communication
