Job Description We are seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Equipment Operator with proficiency in operating a variety of heavy equipment, including bulldozers, large track hoes, and other machinery used in construction and earth-moving projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating heavy machinery to complete construction and earth-moving projects Key Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment in a safe and effective manner
• Perform rough and finish grading to specifications
• Excavate, move, and grade earth, as well as dig trenches and foundations
• Safely load and unload materials and debris
• Conduct routine inspections and perform maintenance on equipment
• Follow site safety protocols and procedures
• Collaborate with site supervisors and crew to complete projects on time
• Maintain accurate records of work performed Qualifications
• Proven experience operating heavy equipment
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Knowledge of construction and earth-moving techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and site plans
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Certification for heavy equipment operation is preferred Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and working on-site
