Fisher Construction Group is looking for skilled Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team in Jamestown, ND. The ideal candidate will have strong experience operating excavators and dozers and be comfortable working on a variety of construction and civil projects. This position will primarily involve equipment operation but may also assist with manual labor and other construction tasks as needed.

Wage:

$35.00 - $43.00/hour Heavy Equipment Operator Responsibilities Operate excavators, dozers, and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently. Perform excavation, grading, backfilling, site preparation, and other civil construction activities. Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance or mechanical issues. Follow project plans, site instructions, and established safety procedures. Travel to various job sites and work in different environments and weather conditions. Assist with manual labor and other construction tasks as needed. Work closely with Superintendents, Foremen, and other members of the construction team to complete projects safely and efficiently. Heavy Equipment Operator Requirements Proven experience operating excavators and dozers in a construction or civil environment. Ability to safely and efficiently perform excavation, grading, and earthwork. Familiarity with basic equipment maintenance and daily inspections. Ability to perform manual labor and other construction tasks when needed. Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding work. Willingness to travel extensively and adapt to different job site environments. Dependable, hardworking, and able to work effectively as part of a construction crew.
