Job Description
Operate a front-end loader with a snow plow to clear campus roadways, parking lots, and other designated areas during winter weather. Perform equipment inspections, assist with ice control and post-storm cleanup, and follow safety procedures while supporting safe access for residents, staff, and visitors. Responsibilities Operate a front-end loader with a snow plow on assigned campus routes. Clear snow from roadways, parking lots, and other designated areas. Assist with post-storm parking lot restoration and resident vehicle clearing. Inspect equipment before and after use and report maintenance or safety concerns. Assist with ice control, cleanup, fueling, and equipment preparation. Follow snow removal and safety procedures and communicate with residents, coworkers, and supervisors.
