Job Overview We're seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. You'll operate a wide range of equipment—loaders, excavators, bulldozers, wheel tractor-scrapers, and more—to support construction, mining, industrial, and logistics projects. Duties Key Responsibilities Safely operate bulldozers, excavators, loaders, graders, scrapers, and other heavy machinery. Conduct pre- and post-operation inspections to ensure equipment reliability. Load, move, and place materials efficiently while minimizing waste. Collaborate with supervisors and crew members to meet project goals. Adjust to varying site conditions, including rough terrain and adverse weather. Maintain accurate records of usage, inspections, and maintenance. Qualifications Proven experience operating multiple types of heavy equipment. Strong understanding of safety procedures, hazard recognition, and emergency protocols. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility to travel or relocate to different project sites.

Preferred:

Experience with GPS-guided or automated control systems. Background in construction, roadwork, utilities, or mining. Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and minor repairs.

Pay:

$28.00 - $32.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
