Overview We are seeking a skilled Manager/Operator to oversee the excavation operations in a dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in site work, heavy equipment operation and construction management. Duties

• Estimate projects
• Manage and coordinate projects
• Supervise and train staff on heavy equipment operation
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Schedule and oversee maintenance of equipment
• Monitor project progress and budget
• Communicate with sub-contractors, local governments, etc. Requirements
• Proficient with excavators, dozers, loaders, compactors, graders, on and off-road dump trucks, skid steers, rollers, tanker operations, GPS & Non-GPS, etc.
• Mechanical knowledge for equipment troubleshooting
• Experience in managing construction projects
