We specialize in the construction, installation, and maintenance of gas stations , serving clients across the tri-state area with a commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork. We are currently seeking a Dump Truck Driver / Heavy Equipment Hauler to join our team. This role offers steady, full-time work, a supportive crew environment, and great benefits for dependable, hardworking individuals. Position Overview This position combines driving, mechanical, and construction support responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be able to operate a manual dump truck, haul and move heavy equipment, and assist on construction sites as needed. Mechanical knowledge is a must. Candidates should be comfortable with physical labor and willing to travel occasionally for projects within the tri-state area (always home on weekends). Responsibilities Safely operate a manual dump truck and other Class A CDL vehicles Haul and transport equipment and materials between job sites Pull trailers to move equipment as needed Assist construction workers with general labor tasks Carry tools and materials , operate small equipment, and perform cleanup Work effectively as part of a team and follow all safety procedures and directions Travel occasionally for out-of-town work (company covers hotel and per diem) Schedule Monday through Friday Average 10-hour workdays Home evenings and weekends Occasional travel required (always home on weekends) Qualifications Valid Class A CDL (required) Ability to drive a manual transmission (required) Heavy equipment experience preferred Ability to work on and maintain equipment/vehicles Dependable and able to work as part of a team Willingness to perform physical labor and assist where needed Commitment to safety and quality work Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay based on experience and knowledge Weekly pay via direct deposit Health insurance 401(k) with company matching Paid holidays after 90 days Paid vacation after one year If you're dependable, take pride in your work, and want to join a company with over four decades of success, we'd love to hear from you.
