In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of construction machinery with precision and safety, ensuring the successful completion of projects on time and within scope. This employment opportunity is until the beginning of the year. But if the proper work ethic and character is there, we do maintain a year round crew. Duties Operate heavy machinery such as bulldozers, tractors and pans, water trucks, excavators, and off road trucks to move materials, prepare sites, and assist in construction activities Conduct routine inspections and perform maintenance on construction equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance Follow all safety procedures and occupational safety regulations while operating equipment Skills Preferred Extensive construction site experience with knowledge of various construction machinery: dozers, excavators, motor grader, and tractor/pans Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and performing basic repairs on heavy equipment and hand tools Ability to perform routine equipment maintenance to prevent breakdowns and extend machinery lifespan. Individuals are expected to grease and fuel their machine daily. Skilled in following detailed operational procedures for heavy equipment operation while maintaining high safety standards Need an individual that shows up at the right time, right place, with the right gear and attitude.
