Full-Time About the Position Frasier Dedicated Services is looking for a dependable and experienced CDL Yard Hostler to join our team in Waco, Texas. This is an overnight Monday-Friday position responsible for safely moving trucks and trailers around our yard, positioning equipment for loading and unloading, and keeping the yard organized and operating efficiently. The ideal candidate is a safe, reliable driver who is comfortable operating commercial vehicles in a yard environment and can work independently during overnight hours. Responsibilities Safely move and position trucks and trailers throughout the company yard Spot trailers at designated loading and unloading locations Move trailers between dock doors and yard locations as needed Perform yard checks and maintain an organized yard Assist with trailer and equipment organization Communicate with dispatch, warehouse, and operations teams regarding equipment movement Conduct basic pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Follow all company safety policies and DOT regulations Maintain accurate records and paperwork as required Report any equipment, trailer, or safety issues to management Maintain a clean and safe work environment Perform other yard and transportation duties as assigned Qualifications Valid CDL required Previous commercial truck driving experience preferred Yard hostler/shuttling experience preferred Clean driving record Ability to safely maneuver trucks and trailers in tight spaces Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Dependable and punctual Ability to work independently overnight Ability to work Monday-Friday consistently Must be able to pass required company and DOT screening requirements What We Offer $25.00 per hour Monday-Friday schedule Overnight shift Consistent, dependable work schedule Full-time employment Opportunity to work with an established trucking and logistics company Safety-focused work environment Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who takes pride in being dependable, safety-conscious, and efficient .
