Full Job Description SUMMARY:

Ability to operate various equipment such as skid loader, roller, front end loader, excavators, etc. and outside of machine supplemental work.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITES

Be reliable and on time to work and willing to stay until job is finished. (Mostly between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday - Friday) Perform routine inspection and maintenance on machines such as checking fluids, filters, tires, etc. Keep a clean cab, keep windows clean, etc. Operate machines in a safe, professional manner. Maintain a safe and clean job site. Follow directions from superiors. Give directions to subordinates.

REQUIREMENTS

Reliable means to get to/from work. Cell phone. Positive attitude. PPE including steel toe boots, hard hats, high visibility vests, safety glasses, gloves, etc. Ability to follow directions. Ability to use hand and power tools. Ability to operate heavy equipment. Ability to read including blue prints, engineers survey stakes, safety programs, etc. Work well with others. Keep detailed notes daily with before/after/progress pictures.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Most work is outside and subject to extremes in temperature (hot/cold), wind, precipitation, etc. Work in hazardous environments with physical risks which require good safety precautions, communication, and forethought. Extensive physical activity. Work requires heavy lifting, raking, shoveling, sweeping, sawing, bolting, etc.

PAY/BENEFITS

$20-$30/hr. depending on experience, productivity, professionalism, attitude, reliability, etc. Major holidays paid (New Years, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas) 1 week paid personal time off accrued per year. Company apparel provided (t-shirts, long sleeves shirts, hoodies, hats)
