Job Description

Snow Removal Operator / Sidewalk Crew

•Career Path into Year-Round Home Services Schultz Lawn Care / Yoshi's Home Services

•Appleton /

Fox Cities, WI Pay:

$28

•45/hour depending on experience, reliability, and performance. We're moving a lot of snow this winter and we're hiring people who want more than just a seasonal paycheck. What You'll Do Plow snow with pickup trucks (driveway, lot, and roadway clearing) Shovel and snow-blow sidewalks, walkways, and tighter areas Operate and take care of company equipment (plows, blowers, trucks) Work efficiently in all winter conditions so properties stay clear and customers stay happy Show up on time, communicate clearly, and handle the volume that comes with real Wisconsin winters Why This Is Different We're not looking for people who just want a winter gig and disappear in April. We're looking for people who want to grow with the company. If you perform well this winter, there's a clear path into our spring and summer work—lawn care, landscaping . Strong operators move into higher-responsibility roles, better equipment, and better pay as we transition into the busy season. We run a high-volume operation with a solid local reputation (400+ reviews) and we reward people who show up, work hard, and take ownership. What We're Looking For Valid driver's license and ability to operate a pickup truck with a plow (experience preferred but not required for the right person) Comfort working outside in winter conditions Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Physical ability to shovel and operate snow blowers Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, and during/after storms as needed Positive attitude and the ability to work as part of a crew Ideal Candidate Someone who wants to get better, not just get by. If you've done snow work before, great. If you're new but hardworking and coachable, we can train the right person. We're building long-term team members, not just filling winter shifts. Interested? Reply with your experience (or lack of it), availability, and why you want to grow with a company that keeps working after the snow melts. We move fast on good people.
