Wintergreen Site Management is hiring an experienced Seasonal Skid Steer Snow Removal Operator to take responsibility for snow removal at one large condominium complex. This is a strong opportunity for an operator who is comfortable working independently, understands property protection, and takes pride in completing a site thoroughly. The equipment includes an enclosed heated cab, box pusher, and back-drag attachment. Responsibilities Operate a tracked skid steer for snow removal at a large condominium complex. Clear private roadways, driveways, entrances, and assigned snow areas. Use a box pusher for efficient clearing and a back-drag attachment around garages, doors, and tight areas. Complete required pre-service and post-service site photos. Punch in and out of the site using Wintergreen's mobile app. Inspect the property before and after service and identify areas needing attention. Work carefully around curbs, landscaping, vehicles, buildings, garage doors, and other site features. Maintain safe access through the property as storm conditions change. Complete equipment inspections and report maintenance or access issues promptly. Keep the machine and work area clean and treat company equipment with care. Communicate clearly about site conditions, completed work, and required follow-up. Qualifications Demonstrated experience operating a tracked skid steer. Snow removal, construction, landscaping, or site-work experience preferred. Ability to operate a box pusher and learn back-drag techniques safely. Strong awareness of property protection and finished-work quality. Availability for storm-response work from November through April, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts. Ability to work independently while staying in communication with the snow operations lead. Good judgment, attention to detail, and respect for equipment. Reliable transportation to the assigned staging or job location. What Makes Someone Successful Here This position is not just about moving snow quickly. It is about owning the site, making good decisions, protecting the property, documenting the work, and leaving the complex safe and accessible. Full-season availability is preferred, but part-season and storm-only operators are welcome if they can reliably commit to the events they accept. For the right candidate, spring may bring an opportunity for full-time lawn care or landscaping work.
