• Base Project We are hiring experienced commercial painters for an active project in Ebbing, Arkansas , with the opportunity for continued full-time, year-round work. Production painters only
• this is not an entry-level position.

Applicants must have professional painting experience, be comfortable working from and operating lifts , and be able to gain access to the military/base jobsite . Who We're Looking For We are interested in: Experienced individual painters Strong lead painters with a helper Established painting crews Painters who can work efficiently without constant supervision Painters experienced in commercial or high-production environments If you already have a helper or crew you work well with, we encourage you to apply together. What You'll Be Doing Interior and exterior commercial painting Airless spraying Back rolling and back brushing Brush and roll application Masking and protection Caulking and surface preparation Working from scissor lifts and/or boom lifts Touch-ups and punch work Maintaining production schedules and quality standards Required Experience Applicants must have: 2+ years of professional painting experience Commercial or high-production painting experience Experience operating and working from lifts Experience with airless spraying Brush and roll experience Masking and protection experience Caulking and general surface preparation Ability to maintain production speed while producing quality work Ability to work independently and as part of a crew Base Access

• Required This project is located on a secured military/base jobsite.

Applicants must be able to meet the requirements to gain and maintain access to the base/jobsite. You must have the required valid identification and be able to successfully complete any access or security screening required by the facility.
