Much of my work comes from repeat customers and referrals. People trust us in their homes, and I take that seriously. I'm looking for someone I can count on. Someone who shows up on time, works hard, is polite, and brings a good attitude to work. Being a skilled painter matters, but so does being honest, well-mannered, and respectful of the people around you. These are real requirements. If you regularly run late, need constant reminders to stay productive, or have trouble taking direction, this position won't be a good fit. You need to know how to: Paint residential interiors and exteriors, including proper prep, sanding, caulking, and priming Produce clean brush, roller, and airless spray finishes Repair drywall, including patching, taping, mudding, and matching texture Handle basic finish carpentry, trim installation, and wood repairs Work safely on ladders and keep a clean, organized job site I also expect you to: Show up on time and ready to work Work efficiently without rushing through the details Speak English well enough to communicate clearly with me, the crew, and customers Be trustworthy and careful with customers' homes and belongings Be professional and polite in both your words and your behavior Take direction, follow through, and ask when you're unsure Have reliable transportation and be legally authorized to work in the U.S. This is a hands-on job for someone with solid experience. Painting, drywall, and basic carpentry skills are required. I take pride in my work and the relationships I've built. I'm looking for someone who cares about doing a good job and who I can build a dependable working relationship with.
