South Bay Area, California Schedule:
Monday-Friday, with optional Saturday work MBO Painting is hiring dependable, hardworking painters to join our growing team. We serve local residential and commercial clients throughout the South Bay Area, Job Responsibilities- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, patching, and priming.
- Apply interior and exterior paint, stains, and finishes.
- Protect furniture, flooring, and surrounding areas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow job instructions and company standards.
- Communicate respectfully with customers and team members.
- Complete work efficiently while maintaining quality craftsmanship.
- Safely use ladders, brushes, rollers, sprayers, and other painting equipment. Requirements
- At least 1 year of painting experience preferred.
- Willingness to learn and improve new skills.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Availability Monday through Friday.
- Willingness to work optional Saturdays when available.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Must provide a resume when applying. Pay and Advancement
- Starting pay: $140 per day.
- As you learn additional skills and demonstrate reliability, your pay can increase.
- Experienced employees may earn up to $300 per day without a company vehicle.
- Employees who remain with MBO Painting for 6 or more years and build a strong, reliable relationship with the company may qualify for opportunities earning $300+ per day.
