In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint, coatings, and finishes to a variety of surfaces across residential, commercial, and structural projects. Your expertise will help transform spaces, enhance aesthetics, and ensure quality craftsmanship on every project. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse sites, utilize a wide range of tools and techniques, and contribute to high-quality building improvements. Duties Prepare surfaces through cleaning, sanding, caulking, plastering, and surface repairs to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality Apply paint using brushes, rollers, spray guns (including conventional and construction spray painting), and power tools for efficient coverage Use ladders safely to reach high or difficult areas while adhering to all safety regulations and respiratory protection protocols Perform surface coating tasks on both interior and exterior structures, including walls, ceilings, fixtures, and structural elements Assist with remodeling, renovation projects, fixture installation, handyman tasks, and maintenance activities as needed to support project completion Skills Proficiency in residential painting techniques as well as commercial Skilled in the use of hand tools, paint sprayers (including conventional spraying), roller painting, brush painting, and power tools for diverse tasks Experience with surface preparation including sanding, caulking, plastering, and cleaning for optimal results Basic math skills for measuring surfaces and calculating material quantities efficiently Familiarity with fixture installation, caulking techniques, renovation processes, remodeling projects, and general maintenance tasks is a plus Construction site experience with the ability to work safely at heights using ladders or scaffolding while maintaining quality standards Join our team if you're passionate about transforming spaces with precision craftsmanship!
