Qualifications We Seek:
3+ years of professional residential painting experience (luxury or high-end homes preferred). Expertise in interior and exterior painting , surface prep, priming, and finishing. Knowledge of premium paints, stains, and finishes suitable for upscale properties. Strong skills in color matching, touch-ups, and maintaining clean lines. Ability to repair drywall, patch holes, and prep surfaces to perfection. Eye for detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship . Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. (Preferred) OSHA safety certification and familiarity with scaffolding/ladders.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver professional interior and exterior painting services for luxury residential properties. Prepare, prime, and paint surfaces with precision and care. Ensure clean, consistent finishes with high attention to detail. Maintain clean and safe job sites, protecting clients' homes and furnishings. Collaborate with clients on color choices and finishing touches when needed. Document before-and-after work for quality assurance and client peace of mind.
