Qualifications We Seek:
3+ years of professional residential painting experience (luxury or high-end homes preferred). Expertise in interior and exterior painting , surface prep, priming, and finishing. Knowledge of premium paints, stains, and finishes suitable for upscale properties. Strong skills in color matching, touch-ups, and maintaining clean lines. Ability to repair drywall, patch holes, and prep surfaces to perfection. Eye for detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship . Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. (Preferred) OSHA safety certification and familiarity with scaffolding/ladders.
