Duties Prepare surfaces meticulously by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and applying primers to ensure optimal paint adhesion and durability Use hand tools, power tools, paint sprayers, and conventional painting equipment to apply coatings on various surfaces Execute painting projects with precision using brush, roller, or spray techniques Conduct surface repairs such as drywall patching Assist in renovation and restoration projects by installing fixtures, maintenance related tasks, and performing general handyman duties as needed Experience Proven experience with a strong understanding of painting surface preparation and application techniques Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, scaffolding (including ladder use), and equipment like paint rollers, brushes, sprayers, etc. Experience in working with various coatings such as primers, sealers, stains, etc. Strong understanding of safety regulations including respiratory protection standards and safe handling of hazardous materials Embark on a rewarding career where your craftsmanship makes a lasting impression!
