Assist experienced renovation contractor with surface preparation of stone and grout for painting and sealing stone and paintinggrout, and clean-up tasks for residential and/or commercial clients. Prepare surfaces for painting and sealing by washingmaterial, repairing holes or cracks, or removing old paint or dirt. Move products, materials, or equipment between work areas.
Apply protective coverings, such as masking tape, to articles or areas that could be damaged or stained by work processes.
Apply material to fill gaps in surfaces. Clean up after sealing and painting, including removing tape and supplies. Keep theequipment clean and in a safe place. Ensure all safety precautions and procedures are followed. Periodically perform workoutside during all times of the year. Services are performed daily at the client's premises located in cities that are part of thesame Metropolitan Statistical Area (Broward County) and is normal to the occupation.
