Stucco Full Job Description Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting (sanding, patching, filling)
- Apply interior and exterior paint on residential and commercial properties
- Perform minor stucco repair
- Properly use painting equipment (rollers, brushes, sprayers)
- Keep the work area clean and organized
- Follow job site safety protocols
Requirements:
- Verifiable painting experience (1-2 years minimum)
- Own basic tools (preferred)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Punctual and reliable
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Responsabilidades:
- Preparar superficies para pintar (lijado, parcheo, masilla)
- Aplicar pintura interior y exterior en propiedades residenciales y comerciales
- Realizar reparaciones menores de estuco
- Usar correctamente el equipo de pintura
- Mantener el area de trabajo limpia y ordenada
- Seguir los protocolos de seguridad del sitio
Requisitos:
- Experiencia comprobable como pintor (minimo 1-2 anos)
- Herramientas basicas propias (preferible)
- Transporte propio
- Puntualidad y responsabilidad
