We complete multiple new homes each week and need painters who can deliver quality work in a fast-paced production environment. There is opportunity to grow with the company. Painting experience is required. If you do not have painting experience, please do not apply. Applicants without painting experience will not be called for an interview.

Work:

New construction only—no remodeling Responsibilities Paint interior and exterior surfaces in new construction homes. Complete finish painting, touch-ups, spraying, and backrolling. Safely operate, clean, and maintain gas-powered and electric paint sprayers, including corded equipment. Fully prepare and protect each home before painting, including masking and covering windows, flooring, fixtures, and other surfaces. Prevent overspray, spills, and damage. Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment. Work efficiently with the crew to complete multiple homes per week while maintaining quality. Requirements Previous production home painting experience is required. Experience working with tract home builders is preferred. Experience with interior and exterior finishes, sprayers, backrolling, and touch-ups. Strong preparation and masking skills. Ability to keep up with a fast-paced production schedule. Reliable personal transportation to and from work. Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle. Dependable attendance, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. Ability to follow directions, work with a crew, and meet jobsite safety requirements.
