You will deliver high-quality interior and exterior painting for residential and commercial clients, upholding the craftsmanship standards of the Painting Contractors of America (PCA). • Planning & Setup:

  Punctual arrival, reviewing daily production milestones, and setting up clean staging areas.

• Prep & Protection:

  Masking, taping, and tarping; comprehensive prep including washing, scraping, sanding, drywall patching, and caulking.

• Coating Application:

  Applying paints, stains, sealers, and finishes evenly to eliminate runs, lap lines, and holidays.

• Cleanliness & Customer Care:

  Maintaining tidy job sites, courteous client communication, and thorough daily/final cleanups. Qualifications & Requirements
• 1+ years of residential/commercial painting or trade experience preferred (familiarity with PCA standards is a plus).
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to travel to local job sites.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs comfortably.
• Commitment to arriving in clean painter whites and maintaining a professional appearance.
